Specifications include, but are not limited to: The object of this request for proposal is to acquire an exclusive contract for any and all events held on the premises of Arkansas State University, including but not limited to Centennial Bank Stadium and First National Bank Arena, which will provide to the patrons, as well as the University family, a continuing Emergency Ambulance Service wherein the quality, the manner of service and the economy of price to the consumer are the primary considerations, which must be satisfactory and subject to the supervision and control of the University. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the relationship of the Company to the University shall be that of an independent contractor. The University shall have no direct supervision of employees of the contractor. Any communication of employee matters shall be through the designated representatives of the parties.
