Current students and parents of current students can order transcripts online at no cost to the student through August 31st after they graduate. There is a paid option for alumni after August 31st of the year they graduate. Transcripts are sent to requested receivers, such as but not limited to institutions of higher education, employers, scholarship administrators, etc. Capability for both desktop and mobile ordering. Records are sent to the selected destination via print mail, email, PDF, EDI, XML etc. depending on the ability of the receiving party. The ability to follow the requirements outlined in Delaware Data Usage Terms and Conditions Agreement. Tracking system for delivery of requested records at the student and school level. Ability to collect and share usage data with the DDOE. Customer support at the State, LEA and student level.
