Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is considering the implementation of a solution or solutions to automate initial Title Application, issuance of Temporary Plates and Electronic Lien Transfer (ELT), to assist in streamlining operations of the DMV, new and use Car Dealers, Municipal Agents, & Lienholders. NH-DMV has developed a high-level concept of operations and is seeking information from vendors on possible solutions. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information to help NH DMV better understand what software and/or services are available to implement these solutions and to refine the strategic approach to automating these DMV processes. This strategy will enable the DMV to pursue a project or projects to introduce this technology to our partners.
