Specifications include, but are not limited to: soliciting proposals for IT professional services to design/configure a software solution that will be used track all aspects of the Operator Certification program for individuals in North Dakota who are certified as drinking water and wastewater operators, as well as tracking the public water and wastewater systems which are required to have certified water and wastewater operators. Once developed or configured the STATE would seek assistance for implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of the system. If this is a commercial off the shelf solution, it would include licensing and support for this solution for a minimum of three (3) years with the option to extend into the future
