(Specify warranty duration, stocking level of backup units and replacement repairs.) • Provides the ability for USNH to order within the USNH eProcurement platform, UShopNH (powered by Jaggaer). • Provides SLA on delivery and procurement schedules with ongoing fulfillment processes KPI’s. • Provides end of term lease options to buy, trade in for fair market value, terminate or extend program. • Provides options to deviate from standard configurations and lease with custom configurations or nonstandard builds and high compute devices. • Provides ability to dynamically modify device types and quantities throughout the 4-year lifecycle to maintain the most up to date product line, inventory forecasting, delivery, requirements, and program costs.
