Specifications include, but are not limited to: In order to provide enhanced school security, the project proposes relocating the school administration area currently located at the center of the building to the area currently occupied by the library near the main entrance. The two programs swap locations and are renovated to suit. The project provides renovated accommodations for ADA access including new concrete sidewalks at the entrance and two renovated single user accessible toilet rooms. New exterior windows are provided into the new location for the Main Office. New walls, floors and ceilings defined the other renovated spaces. New interior doors and hardware. Several existing doors require new hardware and integration into the existing access control system. New lighting, power, data, supplemental HVAC systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
