FLAWN ACADEMIC CENTER (FAC) comprises: Provide CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK Services. The scope of work includes interior demolition and build-back of walls and finishes and remodel of ceilings, lighting, power, data, HVAC and fire protection. The new work will include a mix of private offices, open work stations and meeting spaces. The intent of this RFP is to cover three projects as individual GMPS. Additional GMPs may be required for long lead items. All work for this project must begin on or about May 1, 2021 and must be completed by the end of the day on January 31, 2022.
