Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The secured web-based system shall include: • A dashboard that easily allows system navigation and identification of progress of assigned activities. • The system shall be secured, yet accessible by designated users (school, monitoring team, State, etc.) along with an established workflow. • The ability for the State to edit documents, questions, etc. that are embedded in the platform. • Access for the State to change permission to access easily. • Access for the State, monitoring team, and districts to utilize with internet access. • The ability to collect and report Special Education Federal State Performance Plan data requirements. • The ability to archive information to track data and information. • Tutorials that are easy access on how to operate the system or how to complete the section. • The ability to allow users to upload and download information. • Maintain documentation collected for components of the process within the system. • Generate reports needed by the State and able to extract data for the State to use outside the system. • Generate data reports by the State and district level based on desired criteria. 2.2 Accountability (Monitoring): Send notification letters directly to specific districts and agencies. • The State assigns monitoring team a to specific districts and agencies. • The State assigns date for reviews. • The State provides monitoring team access to editable and updated documents. • District data (exiter, child count, assessment, trend, state performance plan, etc.) • Previous review findings • Letter templates for the reviews • File review checklist • Corrective Action Plan template
