Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of constructing approximately 7,000 linear feet of new 8” waterline along Pine Lane, White Birch Lane, Aspen Lane, and Lamplite Lane. The new waterline will tie into the existing 8” AC waterline on North Brownell Road (intersection with Aspen Lane, White Birch Lane, and Pine Lane). New water services are included with this improvement to the edge of right‐of‐way, as the services are, in some cases, black iron pipe and shallow. Fire hydrants and gate valves will be provided at regular intervals. There are seven water services that have the potential to freeze in the winter due to shallow burial depth, these services will be replaced on private property up to the house foundation.
