Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1. Internally clean accessbile supply and return ductwork 5.2. Clearn air handler untis and/or exhaust systems 5.3. Cleaning & disinfection of diffusers 5.4. Cleaning & disinfection of air return covers 5.5. Detach & resent of air return covers 5.6. Assure cleaning will consist of using HEPA filtered vacuum(s) and/or using HEPA filtered negative air machine(s) in conjunction with an agitation devise (pneumatic air whip) to remove dry and loose dust 5.7. Surfaces will be considered cleaned based on the standard set forth by NADCA, in their publications ACR: The NADCA Standard for Assessment, Cleaning & Resotration of HVAC Systems 2013, and section 5.2 of the publication states “surface is considered visibly clean when it is free from non-adhered substances and dedbris 5.8. Pricing shall include cleaning wall unit ventilators and/or fan coil units 5.9. Pricing may include testing and/or air monitoring (e.g. cleanliness verification testing such as NADCA Vacuum Test and/or Gravimetric Analysis) 5.10. A post project report consisting of before cleaning and after cleaning digital photographs of a representative portion of the ductwork cleaned will be required 5.11. Include optional pricing for repairing and/or replacing insulation 5.12. Include ceiling and/or floor plenums in the pricing to be cleaned 5.13. Must use the country’s prevailing wage rates
