Specifications include, but are not limited to: The product of this process shall be construction documents that will be used for converting the one-way streets of Front Street and Main Street into two-way streets between Orange Street and Madison Street. Bidding and construction will occur when funding for the project construction is available. It will also be used to address access and circulation issues in the adjacent Kiwanis Neighborhood.; Civil engineering and design; Neighborhood traffic, emergency service, and other impact analyses; Design of streets, pedestrian facilities, and right-of-way landscaping through construction drawings, bid, and contract documents; and A public input process focused on enhancing opportunities and mitigating impacts to adjacent residential and commercial neighborhoods.
