Specifications include, but are not limited to: • a virtual platform to host this conference remotely • live technical support during the event (to include staff to monitor all technical needs/issues in real time for each of the 20+ sessions of the conference) • pre-conference support (to include working with the planning team, and conducting practice sessions with up to 25 presenters) • conducting registration for the event (including providing regularly updated numbers per workshop) • providing post-conference related reports (registration, attendance reports, post-event evaluations) • prior experience with virtual conferences similar to ours, and • the ability to provide an interactive networking event or activity
