Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work at State Office Park South - Brown Building, 129 Pleasant Street, Concord NH 03301 • Saw cut existing concrete the length of retaining wall, approximately 12” off retaining wall • Remove and dispose of existing concrete (approximately 1,210 sf) • Compact solid and steel reinforcement as needed • Drill and pin into existing concrete 2” on center • Place and brook finish using 4000 PSI concrete at same thickness of exiting (approx.. 8”-9”) with control cuts as existing. • Saw cut to matching existing concrete • ½” expansion foam to be used against abutting concrete and around perimeter Notes: • Provide all safety barricades and cones as necessary • Silaflex SL to be used on all expansion joints • Slab bolsters to be 3” • Removal of loading dock equipment mounted to existing concrete to be removed by others • Exclude: Not responsible for removal of existing steel structure on loading dock • Regrade gravel & compact base as necessary
