Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division seeks to have two (2) Moodle instances hosted and available with administrator access. One instance would be a “sandbox” version for testing and a “production” site for customer live use. The Division also seeks to have two instances of WordPress sites hosted with administrator access. One to be a “sandbox” site for testing and the other to be a “production” site for live customer interface. The hosting company would provide all support for the Moodle instances to include maintenance of the site, updates, upgrades, plugin updates, vetting for security breaches, back end server support, and 24 hour a day help desk. It is anticipated that our site would host about 500 active users at any given point. The Division also seeks to have FTP access to server storage space for local backup copies of our WordPress and Moodle instances. The Moodle site MUST be able to communicate through and API key to our user management module which is developed by Imagetrend. This communication will facilitate student information and grades be passed back and forth between both platforms.
