Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide conflict resolution consultation IEP facilitation (early dispute resolution) for the NDDPI Special Education Unit. Contractors shall provide services including facilitation/informal mediation sessions, trainings, TAESE (Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education) workgroup conference calls, in-state and out of state trainings and conferences.; The state of North Dakota intends to make a purchase for which we believe there is limited or no competition. The purpose of this notice is to determine if other sources are available and whether the procurement method is appropriate. An interested party who provides an alternative to the service is invited to submit a written response to the procurement officer by the response deadline.
