Specifications include, but are not limited to: provisions of all, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, lifts, access and materials necessary to clean and wash the brick, masonry and limestone exterior of the school per the plans and specifications. Additionally perform selected brick masonry repointing, brick masonry repairs and brick masonry stain removals as needed and coordinated with the owner on a unit cost price. Project located at 2519 Elm Street, Manchester, NH. Project consists of a school structure built in 1938 (142’ x 82’x 3 stories tall) and an addition built in 1970 (145’ x 102’ x 2 stories tall). Also the City may pursue additional work on a unit cost basis for the repointing and repairs to the West (front) brick stairways and flat work areas.
