Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for construction of a new 5,524 SF Community Center with attached, unconditioned 536 SF Park Restroom building, new parking lot, basketball court, new drinking fountain, park renovations, turf areas, landscape, unique playground equipment, walking paths, site lighting and site improvements for handicapped accessible concrete walkways. The contractor shall extend the existing utilities (water, sewer and electrical lines with no new service required). Offsite work includes demolitions of curb and gutter, installation of new curb and gutter patch and repair of any offsite asphalt and road base.
