Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Montana Department of Transportation, Procurement Services Section, is considering a request from the Yellowstone Airport to award a sole source contract to the Smoke Jumper Café. The services to be provided are restaurant services. The determination of this Sole Source contract is based on the following requirements: 1. Having direct knowledge with the Yellowstone Airport. 2. Demonstrated knowledge of Montana statute and Administrative Rules of Montana for public food services and health codes. 3. Provides food services to the flying public 6-7 days per week for all scheduled air carrier flights. 4. The contract may be up to 2 years in length and is a revenue-sharing agreement. 5. Limited interest on previous solicitations issued by the Department
