Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. INSTALLATION: Selected Contractor shall replace current security panels, panic buttons, and door contacts. B. EQUIPMENT: 1. All panels and sensors shall transmit data wirelessly. 2. NPC shall not be responsible for costs related to hardware and/or software malfunction. 3. All costs related to Contractor’s software/hardware compatibility and any future updates shall be the responsibility of Contractor. 4. Contractor responsibilities: Specifies, installs, monitors, repairs and replaces alarm/sensor equipment C. ALARM MONITORING: 1. Selected contractor shall provide twenty-four (24) hour monitoring services (24/7/365). 2. Selected Contractor shall notify appropriate NPC personnel upon activation of an alarm(s), even during times when campus is closed. In the event of an alarm being registered, Contractor shall contact appropriate NPC security personnel and other entities if necessary (e.g. fire department) according to NPC security procedures.
