Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Analyze the lake bottom finalize the existing relocation plan for a new mooring field layout that optimizes water depth and protection from winds, without encroaching on existing power lines or marina access. 2. Dismantle existing moorings, and discard of existing chain and hardware. 3. Re-locate blocks to new mooring locations. 4. Re-install Hazelett or state approved equivalent Elastomer Style Moorings in place of chain moorings. a. Utilize existing mooring blocks. b. 7 of the deepest moorings shall incorporate double elastic moorings, for vessels up to 26,000LBS. The remaining 8 moorings shall incorporate a single elastomer setup. c. Project budget and preliminary design was for the Hazelett Mooring System. i. The installed mooring system must be from Hazelett or a company with significant experience in elastomer style moorings with the ability to provide examples of similar projects completed.
