Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Dakota Department of Education’s Division of Educational Services and Support (“State”) seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional services on behalf of the State of South Dakota (“Consultant”) for the purpose of providing South Dakota’s schools with professional development and activities to support a Well-Rounded education within a diverse set of learning experiences as further specified in Section 2 below. Consultants may specialize in educational development within the subject areas of STEM, music and arts, foreign language, civic instruction or environment education, among others stated in The Elementary and Secondary Education Act Sec 4104 (b) (3) (A) (i).
