Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor/Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to produce approximately 2,800 tons of 3/8” Commercial Plant Mix Material on an “as-needed-basis” throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor will provide PG 64-22 asphalt or PG 58-28 asphalt for 3/8” aggregate. Contractor/Vendor must be capable of supplying the Commercial Plant Mix (including valid mix design) found on the Items tab. Vendor must provide unit prices for Bid Item found on the Items tab. Provide Commercial Plant Mix material Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the exception of state observed holidays. The Commercial Plant Mix will be picked up between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. The Department will provide the haul trucks and pick up the Commercial Plant Mix at the Contractor’s/Vendor’s plant.
