Specifications include, but are not limited to: ontractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, transportation,licenses, and/or permits, and insurance necessary to maintain Cessna T206H and GippsAero GA- 8TCaircraft owned and operated by CHP. The term “maintain” shall include service, repair, replace,troubleshoot and provide new items, for the aircraft airframe and engine. The Contractor shall be acurrent factory authorized Cessna and GippsAero Service Station or a valid Federal AviationAdministration (FAA) approved repair station, as prescribed in Part 145 of the Federal AviationRegulations. All certificates, licenses, and permits shall be current and in effect throughout the term ofthis agreement, and readily available for inspection by CHP.
