Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Obtain permits outlined in the Scope of Work above. 2.Develop a third-party Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan and Agreement with the Town of Plainfield. The template can be found here:a.https://dec.vermont.gov/water-investment/cwi/grants/resourcesb.Operation and Maintenance document Notes are included on the Design Plans.3.Review final designs with State staff, Town of Plainfield staff and landowner. Retrieve feedback from key stakeholders, include the State and incorporate the information into the final design update. 4.Submit the final design updates and permit applications for review and final approval to the State. 5.For each component, pursue construction bidding and execution:a.Develop construction bid documents and advertise the project in a timely manner; b.Select a contractor and develop a contract; c.Layout the project(s) using conventional survey equipment; and d.Construct the project and provide oversight to ensure compliance with the engineering drawings. 6.Develop interim and final reports for submission. 7.Submit final report and all deliverables. a.Calculate phosphorus reduction achieved by project using template provided by the VT DEC. b.Estimated phosphorus load reductions are anticipated to be achieved through gully restoration.
