Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Lawn Care Services for the Department of Buildings & General Services. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, and equipment including but not limited to equipment, fuel, labor, and supervision necessary to provide the services. The lawns are to be kept looking neat and professional. Mowing limits are from the building to the outside of the lawn area. Finished height after mowing shall be between 2” and 2 ½”. The lawns do not need to be raked during a normal mowing, but if the contractor is creating wind rows then the contractor will need to rake at their own costs. Ledges or stone outcrops are also to be mowed and weed whacked every mowing.
