Install: Insulation: 2 layers of 3.1” Isocyanurate (R-35) with tapered crickets adhered to the existing roof deck. Membrane: 60mil non-reinforced EPDM Membrane- fully adhered system. To include membrane flashing at wall, curbs, and other roof penetrations. Wood blocking: 2”x6” wood blocking at the perimeter and curbs to accommodate the height of the new insulation, if needed. Metal and/or Termination: 24 gauge. Prefinished edge metal, counterflashing, and scuppers. Reinstall the existing cap metal at the control joints. Warranty: Minimum 10-year membrane roof warranty.
