Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Construction of a new blower building that will house two Owner pre-purchased blowers as shown on the plans. • Construction of new electrical building for electrical equipment associated with new blowers as shown on the plans. • HVAC systems for both buildings as shown on the plans. • Tie-in the owner pre-purchase blowers into the existing aeration system. • Leak repair within the existing blower building and aeration basins as shown on the plans. • Installation of blowers associated electrical and instrumentation equipment. • Installation of all equipment concrete pads. • Electrical work as required and specified for power and control of the equipment, including instrumentation and coordination with EPWater for programming and SCADA. • Installation of new potable and plant waterlines as shown on the plans. • Backfill and compaction. • Implementation of TPDES requirements, traffic control (within the Plant), support of existing utilities (including water, sewer, and electrical), and all labor, materials and incidentals necessary to provide a complete project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
