Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bangor is requesting Technical and Fee proposals from Professional Architectural firms to assist with the conceptual layout and design for improvements to the Bangor City Hall located at 73 Harlow Street, Bangor Maine. The existing building was constructed in 1913 and is a historical bulding. The last major renovation to the building was completed in the late 1960’s. Improvements will include interior renovations to the first floor, with an emphasis on space planning and creating flexible work spaces including not limted to : public service area, work spaces and meeting rooms. In addition, the project will require the installation of a new elevator servicing all four floors of the building, replacement/upgrade of the heating, ventilating, and cooling systems for the entire building as well as upgrades to the building security.
