Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Windham is requesting proposals for engineering services for a culvert replacement project funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of Windham, through the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistance (MA). The existing 72” diameter corrugated metal culvert is located on busy Rte. 121 in the Town of Windham, VT. Rte. #121 is a state numbered Town Highway and is in the section of Rte. 121 with a gravel road surface. The bottom of the culvert has rotted out and is causing the migration of material from the sides of the culvert to the stream, resulting in the erosion of material into the stream. The undersized 72” corrugated metal culvert also contributes to the erosion at the inlet end of the culvert and a scour pool at the outlet
