Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to enter into an agreement for a subscription for Encorpes’ QA Advisor Plus software to validate RSA-911 data prior to submitting to the federal agency. The software does cross-quarter validation, checks for anomalies, reasonableness, analytics support for mandatory Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) common performance measures, and extended performance measures. It has a 48-hour turnaround time implementing Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) changes to the RSA-911 edit specifications. The report also has an exception report that shows resolved and unresolved errors between the RSA-911 edit specifications and the RSA submission portal. The program is available to be installed on multiple machines in State’s unit.
