Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant will work directly with PREP and the UNH Stormwater Center to coordinate the expert panel process, provide meeting facilitation, inter-meeting communication, and to lead and accomplish the following tasks (See Scope of Services/Specific Tasks and Deliverables below for more detail): Task 1: Review/update expert elicitation panel process as appropriate. Task 2: Convene a project advisory group. Task 3: Convene expert panel. Task 4: Execute expert panel process. Task 5: Finalize results. Task 6: Develop and disseminate draft and final outreach materials. Task 7: Deliver materials and draft and final report to PREP and the UNH Stormwater Center.
