MUST determine mechanism for procuring phones, supplies, credits, and obtaining CD4 and HIV viral load results and upcoming HIV care appointments. 8. MUST provide Recommendations on curated content, recruitment and cohort activities. 9. MUST develop workflow for integration, enrolment, and technical support. 10. MUST develop workflow for labs and appointment data entry. 11. The application MUST allow users: a. The ability to receive protected health information. b. The ability to explore educational materials. c. Attend live and pre-recorded information sessions. d. Track medication adherence. e. Connect with medical providers. f. Connect with community resources. g. Provide a safe and confidential space for social support communication. h. Provide daily check-ins.
