Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The following are minimum requirements in the development and implementation of the proposed symposium. The awarded consultant: 1. MUST provide oversight in the planning and implementation of the mHealth app. 2. MUST develop budget (personnel, phones, cases, screen protectors, and phone credits), provide customization and application specifics, and provide required information security and compliance reviews/HIPAA. 3. MUST with HIV AA point-of-contact for approval of deliverables. 4. MUST complete virtual training of the application and all associated features. 5. MUST assist in the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Phone Replacement Policy, Cohort Guidelines and Agreements. 6. MUST assist in defining the objectives and features of the application. 7. MUST determine mechanism for procuring phones, supplies, credits, and obtaining CD4 and HIV viral load results and upcoming HIV care appointments. 8. MUST provide Recommendations on curated content, recruitment and cohort activities. 9. MUST develop workflow for integration, enrolment, and technical support. 10. MUST develop workflow for labs and appointment data entry. 11. The application MUST allow users: a. The ability to receive protected health information. b. The ability to explore educational materials. c. Attend live and pre-recorded information sessions. d. Track medication adherence. e. Connect with medical providers. f. Connect with community resources. g. Provide a safe and confidential space for social support communication. h. Provide daily check-ins.
