Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SelectedVendor(s)will provide access and visitation servicesor products that include a minimum of one (1) of the following:3.2.1.1.Mediationservices.3.2.1.2.Visitation enforcement services.3.2.1.3.Parenting Plandevelopment.3.2.1.4.Counselingservices.3.2.1.5.Parent education services and/or materials.3.2.1.6.Case management services.3.2.1.7.Development of Guidelines for Visitation and Alternative Custody Arrangements.The SelectedVendor(s) must provideservicesor products that can be utilized either in-personorvia nontraditional methodswhich may include, but not be limited tovirtual meetings, online, or telephonically.Products may include, but are not limited to, promotional or educational materials that further the goals of the access and visitation program.Accessand visitation servicesprovided by the SelectedVendor(s):3.2.4.1.Should increase positive interactions between parents with non-primary residentialresponsibilities and their children, and3.2.4.2.Must support compliance with court orders for child support.
