Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall review and assist in the marketing of the remaining property at Enterprise Park located off Sixth Street in Dover, NH. The Offeror shall determine the type of owner(s) and recommend to DBIDA and City staff those that would be a good match for the Park’s development objectives and existing owners. The selected Offeror shall work closely with the DBIDA on pre-qualifying suitable, potential new owners for Enterprise Park. The selected Offeror shall provide advice regarding the real estate market, represent the DBIDA and the City of Dover in selling, as well as advise of various options or approaches to achieve the desired results and goals. The selected Offeror shall promote the property to include advertising through various methods to include, but are not limited to, online representation, real estate magazines, and on-site signage.
