Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Provide general intellectual property legal advice, counsel and legal services including, but not limited to, general intellectual property training for TEA staff together with the possible preparation, filing of legal opinions in both verbal and written form, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.B. Provide possible litigation legal services involving intellectual property matters, subject to approval by the OAG. C. Assist in creating and refining a licensing and royalty program for TEA products, including licensing strategies and license agreements (and models thereof) and provide training to TEA staff to manage said program.D. Assist in license negotiations with potential licensees, and with vendors or other third parties who hold intellectual property rights to be licensed to TEA, concerning royalties, copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property.E. Register copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property with applicable authorities, such as, but not limited to federal and state governments and develop models for Agency use. F. Perform any other activities necessary (and requested) to assist TEA in protecting its royalties, copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property, and to assist TEA in acquiring adequate rights to use the intellectual property of third parties who contract with TEA.G. Counsel and advise with regard to material obtained through, or placed on, Creative Commons. H. Interpret contractual provision involving intellectual property rights.
