Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove Structure, foundation and footings Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition) Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys Trim tree branches to no less than 8’ from the ground Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mail boxes, concrete or brick pads & trash Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks Remove Front Steps Remove Handrails at Front Steps Remove all Accessory Structure(s) Remove Mail Box Fill may be required Remove Dead Tree & Limbs Remove storm shelter and fill
