The 6,286 sf two story addition will be placed abutting and above the existing single story building. Demolition and renovation of a small interior portion of the existing building will be included. Work on the 6,286 sf two story building generally includes steel and concrete structural frame with metal studs walls and a brick/synthetic stucco veneer, lighting, power and emergency power, fire alarm system, HVAC heating and cooling heat pump systems, plumbing and fire sprinkler system. Roofing is single-ply and standing seam metal. Site work is minor and generally includes demolition, grading, site utilities and paving. The site will have minor landscaping work.
