Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work required may involve, but is not limited to, engineering services related to the wastewater treatment facility (WWTF), collection system, pump stations, and asset management (AM) of wastewater infrastructure. The contract shall begin on or about April 19, 2021. The selected Firm’s role in providing services will include: 1. Recommendations based on the review of available data including the following: a. 2005 Pump Station Assessment and Potential Growth Area Map b. 2009 Wastewater Facilities Plan c. 2019 Wastewater Facilities Plan Update Memo 2. Conceptual, preliminary and final designs 3. Engineering analysis or reviews 4. Community relations and communications 5. Permitting support 6. Bidding services 7. Funding, finance, and cost estimating support 8. Construction administration, owner’s representation, and field inspection services 9. Post Construction services
