Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Vendor must assist and support the thirteen (13) New Hampshire SRHs implement the activities the hospitals choose as a group from the menu of grant activities provided annually by the SHIP Grant. The grant activities may include, but are not limited to: Joining accountable care organizations (ACOs). Participating in shared savings programs. Purchasing health information technology, to comply with quality improvement activities, which may include advancing patient care information, promoting interoperability, and payment bundling. The selected Vendor must have a proven record of creating and maintaining excellent relationships with New Hampshire SRH staff.
