Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Burlington (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified contracting firms for construction services relating to the upgrade of the existing, City-owned, University of Vermont (UVM) Water Tank Electrical System. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities to complete the projects described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Responding firms shall have related prior experience providing services which include, but not limited to, installation and testing of new electrical system components including Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliant beacon and obstruction lighting in accordance with the attached technical drawing (Exhibit A. Burlington Water UVM Tank Electrical drawing sheet) and all applicable local, State and Federal regulations.
