Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judicial Branch administers drug courts throughout Montana that specialize in adult criminal, DUI offenses, juvenile, veteran, and Family Treatment Courts. Judicial Branch drug courts are at various stages of operation, with several in the start-up phase and others entering or performing in an expansion and/or enhancement phase. Drug court teams and manager seek assistance in determining whether or not programs are implemented and operating in accordance with best practice standards and operating in a cost effective and efficient manner. Additionally, program evaluations may be a requirement of a federal grant terms and conditions. As each drug court has it own unique needs and circumstances, the Judicial Branch seeks qualified program/process evaluators with the ability to provide a wide range of evaluation services tailored to individual courts’ needs
