Specifications include, but are not limited to: The “Work” consists of approximately 400 square feet of minor renovation of medical booking area located on the first floor of Clark County Detention Center North Tower. Renovations includes but is not limited to demolition of existing case work, wall panels and glazing; new stainless-steel workstations with stainless steel countertops and glazing; add new sinks; new epoxy flooring and related plumbing and electrical work. The “Construction” consists of the removal and replacement of a portion of the casework and stools at the medical booking area and demolition of existing security station. Construction of a temporary barrier wall around perimeter of construction limits. Add (8) new steel workstations with stainless-steel counter tops and new security glazing; reworking the medical screen configuration and pass through openings and drawers; interior painting and new epoxy flooring and rubber base. Plumbing work includes additions of (2) new sinks and all related domestic piping for water, sewer and vents. Electrical work consists of removal of existing power and data from the workstations and installation of new power and data at the workstations per plans.
