Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the Vermont Department of Labor’s Workforce Development Division to gather information and cost estimates to inform a forthcoming request for proposal (RFP) for a new software as a service (SaaS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that includes; web based job board functionality; event management; case management; standardized and customizable dashboards and reporting abilities; organized displays of labor market and occupation-specific information such as training and credentialing requirements that link to career pathways; modules to support or deliver virtual employment services; and automate administrative tasks such as data entry or case routing. The solution will be compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and meet the accessibility requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The solution must be able to interface with external systems and be expandable as programs and government agency, employer, training provider, and community partnerships develop. The Workforce Development Division will evaluate the submissions by respondents to explore how the features and functionality of solutions highlighted by the respondents would meet their needs, considering the costs associated with specific features and functionalities.
