Specifications include, but are not limited to: Developing and deploying functional areawide 2.5 GHz wireless broadband communication networks which meet or exceed the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) “Connect America” requirement. The successful bidder will be responsible for development of a methodology for implementation of the noted broadband network in specific areas across the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. Specialized temporary technical assistance is sought to complete the following six integral tasks which will be developed and incorporated into the contents of a viable Fort Peck Reservation 2.5 GHz network business/implementation/buildout plan: 1. Convene and Complete an Initial Onsite Strategic Project Planning Meeting. 2. Completion of Infrastructure Inventory, Engineering Assessment and project conceptualization. 3. Completion of Fort Peck Reservation 2.5 GHz Network Planning and System Design. 4. Provision of Engineering Services. 5. Project Readout. 6. Plan development.
