Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Development of a renewed and detailed five-year near-future U. S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) sponsored Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) and associated new Economic Resilience Plan which complements the CEDS effort. The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is a prerequisite for continued Fort Peck Reservation designation by EDA as an Economic Development District (EDD.) The Fort Peck Tribes are required to update its CEDS at least every five years to qualify for EDA assistance under its Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance programs and to maintain federal designation as an Economic Development District.
