Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide patrol services in watches consisting of a minimum of 7 hours each. Shifts shall begin at 6pm and end at 1am. Shifts may be extended beyond these hours as determined by the State Park Manager and the Contractor. 2. The frequency of patrols shall be based on the schedule below, and as directed by the State. 3. Patrols shall take place at Lake St. Catherine State Park. 4. Patrols shall take place on foot within the park and the State shall make a kayak available for patrols on Lake St. Catherine, if necessary. 5. Contractor shall provide activity logs for each shift. Activity log shall include the number of contacts, location, time and type of contact. Electronic copies of activity logs shall be submitted with monthly invoices.
