To contain at least 1,200 International Toxic Units per milligram. At least 10% active ingredient, no more than 90% other ingredients. To be packaged in 30 gallon drums or 250+ gallon returnable “tote” containers. To be VectoBac 12AS or approved equal. 4. Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis and Methoprene Single Brood Granules Single brood granular insecticide for control of mosquito larvae. At least 6.07% Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis, 0.10% (S)-methoprene, no more than 93.83% other ingredients. To be packaged in 40 lb. bags. To be VectoPrime FG or approved equal. 5. Methoprene and Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis Residual Granules Granular insecticide for control of mosquito larvae. At least 5.35% Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis, 1.60% (S)-methoprene, no more than 93.05% other ingredients. Must be S-isomer methoprene. To be able to continuously release active ingredient for up to 28 days. To be packaged in 40 lb. bags. To be Duplex-G or approved equal. 6. Methoprene 5% Liquid Liquid insecticide for control of mosquito larvae. 5% (0.43 lb./gallon) active ingredient, 95% inert ingredients. Must be S-isomer methoprene. To be packaged in 1 gallon containers. To be Altosid Liquid SR-5 or approved equal.
