Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dakota College at Bottineau is seeking proposals for the renovation of restrooms in the Knudson Student Center. This is a design/build project in which the selected contractor will be required to work with the college in the development of the final design as well as coordinating the completion of the project. The goal of the project is to update the existing men’s and women’s restrooms to modern standards. Additionally, the college wishes to add a gender-neutral restroom adjacent to the existing restrooms in space that was formerly used as a kitchen area. The current restrooms are original to the building’s construction in 1965, although there have been upgrades to fixtures and finishes since that time. The college has conceptual project drawings available for review.
