Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CITYisrequesting proposals for eligible Community Development Public Services programsaddressing the negative impact of COVID-19 on client’sneeds, and associated services in accordance with the requirements specified herein and including all provisions set forth in the accompanying documentation. Public service activities are defined as those activities “including but not limited to those servicesconcerned with employment, crime prevention, food, rent/mortgage assistance (up to 6months-applicable led )child care, health, drug abuse, education, energy conservation, welfare or recreational needs”. The activities must be a new program or a quantifiable increase to an existing program. CDBG funds will not be used to maintain an existing level of service orbe used to substitute for other available known sources of funding.
