Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education (“NSHE”), on behalf of Nevada State College ("NSC”) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) for the purpose of identifying a qualified pool of Contractors able to provide a high level of custodial, grounds and facility maintenance services for the Nevada State College (NSC) campus and facilities. The Contractor will be expected to ensure that the staff, students and community users of these Facilities have a safe, healthy, functional and compliant environment that makes a positive contribution to the educational processes, business processes and community uses conducted within those facilities. No award will be made as a result of issuing this RFI.
